25 Years of Living with Diverticulitis, I lived with the frustration of gut issues, including diverticulitis. I researched endlessly, experimented on myself (sometimes knowing it might not go well), and learned through trial and error what worked, what didn’t. I know the fear of eating something and wondering if it will trigger pain. I know the exhaustion of being dismissed or misunderstood. And I know how overwhelming it feels to be stuck in that cycle. But I also discovered that with the right tools, education, and support, transformation is possible. My journey led me to create programs, books, and resources that have helped hundreds of people finally turn the corner on their digestive health.
